HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS 101

We have taken our 7-Dose BringLove365 Curriculum online! We invite you to join us in our virtual classroom for an upcoming session. The 7-Dose curriculum is scheduled for the FIRST Monday & Wednesday of the month. To receive a certificate, you need to complete all 7-Doses.

Topics covered include: red flags, root causes, how/where to seek help, how to help a friend, safety planning, boundaries, self-esteem, communication, conflict resolution, consent, and cultivating schools and communities where healthy relationships are the norm

THIS IS A 2-PART TRAINING!!!

The doses will be split into two, 3-hour sessions on the FIRST MONDAY & WEDNESDAY of each month. SEE REGISTRATION PAGE FOR UPCOMING DATES

We recommend completing all of the 7-Doses. We promise you won't be bored. This is a highly interactive education experience!

MONDAY: SESSION 1

• Dose 1: Define It- Define dating, healthy relationships and interpersonal violence.

• Dose 2: The 3 R’s- Red Flags, risk factors and reaching out for help.

• Dose 3: Root Causes- Rigid stereotypes and barriers to seeking help.

• Dose 4: Social Acceptance- Understanding peer, community, media and societal influences on the normalization of sexual violence.

WEDNESDAY: SESSION 2

• Dose 5: Self-Esteem- Improve social emotional well-being by combating insecurity and jealousy through self-esteem building.

• Dose 6: 3 C’s- Communication is essential for healthy relationships. Learn practical ways to resolve conflicts, ask for consent and communicate honestly and effectively through “I statements.”

• Dose 7: Bring Love On Others More- Uproot abuse in a generation through better bystander actions and the 10% Tipping Point.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

All classes are open to teens, young adults and any adult who interacts with youth on a daily basis. Parents, caregivers, grandparents, foster parents, coaches, educators, youth pastors, and youth service providers are encouraged to attend. All participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the 7-Doses.
